My Operating Manual - How I Work Best

I’ve wanted to create my personal operating manual for a while. Here’s my version for how I work best in business.

How I Work Best

“We’ve been stuck on this for a while.”

That’s where I come in.

I do my best work when something needs to be untangled, clarified, or brought back into focus.

When systems, processes, or communication have drifted off course, I use my Peaceful Method — Pause → Process → Peace — to restore clarity and calm.

I connect dots others might miss, build structure that feels human to use, and turn messy systems into something steady, simple, and sustainable.

The Peaceful Method in Action

Every project, partnership, or system shift I work on follows this rhythm:

Pause → We slow things down just enough to understand what’s really happening — not just what’s loudest. I ask questions, look for patterns, and make space for clarity.

Process → We map the pieces, find what’s working, and redesign what isn’t. This is where I organize, build, or refine systems so they flow again.

Peace → The result is calm structure — systems that make sense, communication that clicks, and work that moves forward smoothly.

Where I Add the Most Value

I’m a systems-level thinker who finds clarity in complexity.

I turn messy, half-working processes into clear, repeatable workflows that support real humans — not just spreadsheets.

If something’s been stuck, scattered, or confusing, this is where I thrive.

I bring calm to the chaos and leave behind systems that actually work.

What Helps Me Do My Best Work

  • Clear communication and shared context

  • Space to take initiative and explore solutions

  • Transparency about goals, priorities, and timelines

  • A shared commitment to progress over perfection

About Communication

I’ll ask questions — sometimes ones that seem obvious (think Elle Woods asking, “So you were in the shower?”). There’s always a reason.

It’s part of the Pause stage — slowing down to see the full picture before jumping into solutions.

Once I have the context, the Process and Peace steps move much faster and smoother.

You Might Think I’m “Difficult” If…

Let’s be honest — sometimes people do. It usually happens when communication styles haven’t synced yet.

You might think I’m difficult if:

  • I ask a lot of questions (it’s part of the Pause).

  • I push for clarity instead of rushing ahead without context.

  • I name what’s unclear instead of pretending it’s fine.

It’s not resistance — it’s part of the process that leads to peace.

You Might Think I’m Awesome to Work With If…

We’ll get along if you value honesty, collaboration, and clarity as much as I do.

You’ll likely enjoy working with me if:

  • You appreciate direct, transparent communication.

  • You like partners who think ahead and bring structure to chaos.

  • You see feedback as a shared tool, not a personal attack.

When those things align, working together feels easy — calm, productive, and even enjoyable.

Possible Roles I Can Fill for You

I’m most valuable when dropped into complexity — projects, teams, or systems that need clarity, structure, and steady forward motion.

Depending on your goals, I can step in as:

Strategic Problem-Solver / Systems Consultant

When something isn’t working and no one’s sure why, I analyze the process, identify what’s really breaking, and design calm, simple fixes — often using what you already have.

Clarity & Change Partner

For founders, leaders, or small teams in transition. I help reset the “plumbing” of collaboration — roles, workflows, and communication — so the work actually moves.

My focus is making collaboration flow peacefully, where expectations are clear and everyone can do their best work without friction.

🌿 In Short

My work is about creating peace through structure.

We pause to understand, process to rebuild, and reach peace when things finally click into place.

That’s how I make the complex feel doable — one clear step at a time.
